How about that belly button and those ginormous ankles??
Not to mention that tired face of mine. Taking pictures at midnight is generally not the best idea.
I have a feeling this little girl is going to remain in that lemon-shaped belly of mine for a little longer than I'd like. Considering her mother (yours truly) was 4 weeks late, my doctor told me she would not be surprised if this little lady took her time too. Oh dear. July and August heat is going to kill me. I'm about 70 degrees hotter than normal. This baby is a little toaster. It's also been a little challenging moving into my parent's house because we're penny pinchers and are trying to minimize our air conditioning use. I think we may just have to open up our wallets a little because I just can't handle this too much longer. I'm actually feeling really great for as big as I am. I'm still pretty mobile but I'm just getting sick of not fitting into my dang shoes.
A couple days ago Robert and I were sitting in our bed and suddenly it just hit us that this is actually real. We could have a baby any day. So much is going to change, but I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful I have Robert by my side through all of this. I feel really blessed to have him in my life and I can't wait to meet this little lady together. Only 2 1/2 more weeks!
